Tom Bright’s last 12 months have seen him appear on BBC’s The One Show, interviewed on Sky News, BBC Radio 2, BBC 5 Live, in session on Radio X, perform at the iconic London Palladium, Shepherd’s Bush Empire, Glastonbury Festival, tour across Europe and much more.

Tom has in fact been on the road relentlessly these past few years, kicking off 2024 by supporting The Libertines and The Leisure Society on their tours, and before that opening for the likes of Mystery Jets, Tom Grennan, Reverend And The Makers just to name a few.

In a career that’s seen him work with Mick Jones (The Clash) and Matt Johnson (The The), share a stage with Glen Matlock (Sex Pistols) and have his guitar signed by Johnny Marr (The Smiths), he also spent 2 years in Spotify’s Most Beautiful Songs in the World playlist and has turned the attention of many radio champion, from Guy Garvey to John Kennedy.
Before his musical endeavours, Tom was once the UK’s youngest pub landlord, and is also a former patient of Great Ormond Street Hospital, undergoing a multitude of major life-saving operations.
His third album, ‘Somewhere Anywhere’ – produced by Ed Harcourt and mastered by Miles Showell at Abbey Road Studios – was released in October 2023 and is his most personal and reflective work to date.
He returns to Derbyshire for a sold out homecoming show on 21st June before a packed out festival season, including a fourth consecutive Glastonbury appearance and debut Cottingham Folk Festival. Later this year he will start to release a collection of his early songs produced by Mick Jones.

Since the first album ‘Darkest Light’ in 2008 which was funded by fans including folk singer Vashti Bunyan, and radio DJ Tom Robinson, Jono McCleery released a string of albums via Ninja Tune Records and collaborated with fellow artists across the musical spectrum including Maribou state, Portico, and Maceo Plex. Over the years his music has received support from Gilles Peterson, Jamie Cullum, Phil Selway (of Radiohead), Lauren Laverne, Mary Anne Hobbs with ongoing support from FIP radio, KCRW, and many more whilst touring internationally with Bonobo, and Jamie Woon. Since the shake-up of the pandemic, the British-born / Rotterdam-based artist joined Warner Chappell publishing and released the EP ‘To Keep a Memory’ plus 2 further albums ‘Here I Am and There You Are’ & ‘Moonlit Parade’ with Berlin-based label 90 Days. As well as having over 38 million streams worldwide on Spotify, his music has been used in a number of television shows such as Queen Sugar, Press, Start Up, This Is Us, Bitten, Continuum, and The Divide. Jono sees his music as something which is constantly evolving, draws inspiration from a wide range of influences, and seeks to connect.
